「Lovely old property . Nicely decorated. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Unfortunately my bathroom needed refurbishing the bath was chipped and bath taps loose and parts missing. The window frame was rusty and needed painting. A shame because room decor was pleasant.」

「Not exactly a five star hotel. Ok though for a stopover.」

「高速道路の近くなので車が便利です、ホテル前にマクドナルドがあります。」

「美しいホテル」

「the property was set in a grate location for all the local amenities and roads, the interior was full of rustic charm.」

「Good size room, well equipped. Iron, usb wall sockets, usb charging bedside lamps. Loads of parking. Hallways and reception all well presented. EV charging works well, though expensive (75p per kw at time of writing). Bed was comfy and clean. Bathroom needed some maintenance (towel rusty, extraction not good enough so bathroom damp paint peeling). Corridor doors very noisy at night, they swing and bang 2-3 times when closing. Staid 2 nights; no house keeping for some reason (we’d...

「清潔な部屋で設備も良かった。シャワーの温水が出なかった日があったがスタッフにてすぐに対応してくれた。ただ、水圧は、低い。」

「On arrival I was told I’ve been downgraded to a standard room after paying for a premium room. Pretty rude staff wouldn’t change your alter and just saying I will just take it off the bill at the end. That wasn’t the answer what the answer I wanted was I’m sure your room isn’t available, but we can upgrade you to Different room, ordered two £40 steaks meals most of it was Fat with about eight chips overall we won’t be coming back really underrated for what you」

「女性スタッフは皆さん親切でフレンドリーで対応が良かった。部屋は広くて過ごし易かった。駐車場から部屋が丸見えなので、ずっとカーテンを閉めていなくてはいけなかった。朝食は美味しかった。」

「Room was very clean and tidy with a comfortable bed. Excellent meals and friendly helpful staff, Nice views over the golf course though not being a golf player I can't comment on the quality of the course, but it looked well maintained with the help of robotic lawn mowers. Swimming pool was pleasant to use and at good temperature. All in all we very much enjoyed our stay at this Hotel.」

「Good room, very nice breakfast, helpful staff」

「Lovely spacious room with large en-suite. Very clean with water, tea, coffee and hot chocolate. Lovely little extra were the complimentary chocolates and sweets. Breakfast was excellent, excellent options, I had the Avocado on toast with poached eggs which was delicious and coffee was also good quality. Would highly recommend this hotel. Was great value.」

「Well located to shops and city center.」

「It is a little out of the way, but if you have a car, it is a nice place to stay. You can stay without a car, but taxi costed L12-13 from Stratford (Avon) city.」
