「Room was clean, staff, breakfast and parking all made it a nice stay.」

「I had an issue with the couple in the room next to me (fighting loudly) and the staff took care of the issue right away. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms were spacious and had a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. I would stay here again!」

「I like breakfast for free. We enjoyed self baked waffles every morning which tasted good」

「ドライヤーがないのと、カップ麺を作ろうと思ったのにお湯がなかったのが困った。結局髪は濡れたまま寝て、お湯は電子レンジでそこそこ水を温めて作った。そのかわりコーヒーはポットに作ってあって、自由に飲めるようになっていた。部屋は広かった。」

「Well, although there was a booking issue and I was unable to check in as they close the office after 9 PM I have to say I got an excellent response from Lauren the next morning. The third party booking glitch was explained and they are working to resolve this for future customers. Lauren provided excellent customer service and assured a prompt refund. I will definitely be staying here in the future due to the good customer service communication that was prompt. The property looked great and...

「Great, charming old house with loads of personality! With SO much schtuff and numerous nicknacks everywhere, it was surprising that it was as clean as it was; not spotless mind you, but clean enough that we didn’t worry. The breakfast wasn’t bad as it was home cooked. Because there were just a few guests staying at the same time as us, the main food was limited but that was not a surprise. Still, there were other standard options: cereals and bagels, etc. Most importantly, the coffee WAS hot!」
