「Bad check in process, meaning I never got the info until I trying contacting host repeatedly. Mold in the shower, broken shower door. Overall just kinda avg.」

The check-in process was just a form, but it’s important to know this is a corporate host—it took a little time to get the access instructions, and then the code I was provided wouldn’t work (even though I watched the video they offered as instructions and input precisely the code indicated; it was only 7 digits, not super complicated). 「All was as described *except* the bed was very uncomfortable for two average size adults. It sagged in the middle so we kept waking to keep from rolling into each other, and it was very squeaky when one of us shifted. We did not sleep well at all as a result. A shame, bc otherwise it was clean and well located. We would not stay again.」

「Loved my two-night stay here. The apartment was spotless, quiet, and in the perfect location for my UChicago visit. Check-in info arrived a bit later than expected, but communication overall was thoughtful and helpful, and everything worked out smoothly. Would happily stay again.」

「Excellent location within walking distance of light rail (fast to Chicago city center), parks, shopping, and the industry museum. The kitchen was very functional and bathroom was is good order. Beds were made with plenty of pillows. Only negative was some of walls were scuffed up and the washing machine's in another area of the building. If you're taking a car, the street parking can be challenging. Otherwise, very good.」
