"A very comfortable two bedroom first floor house with a full kitchen and laundry facilities. The kitchen had everything you would want and we made use of making breakfast and lunches there while my daughters were at a music festival at SeekGeat stadium. It is very close to public transportation - about a block walk to the 307 bus line. The JewelOsco is right across the street which made for easy shopping. Just a short walk to Starbucks, Dunkin’ and restaurants made for a nice walk and beautiful...

"My sons and I stayed here for our annual trip to Chicago. We always stay in Chinatown. This place was great. All was clean. It was so quiet. The train can be heard faintly in the distance. Shower was nice. Towels were thick. The little porch was perfect for sitting outside. It was typical Chicago parking. We were always to find a spot. We hope to stay here again."

"Very cozy house that has been updated with all modern conveniences yet still has the beauty and feel of a historical home. Perfect if you will have a vehicle during your stay. The owner was quick to respond and helpful in all our correspondences."

"Our stay in the apartment was very nice. The place was clean and well stocked with towels coffee, creamer, soda and even a couple beers. The only down fall is that its on the second floor with steep stairs. Definitely not for anyone with problems getting up stairs like myself. Over all great place."

"Had some trepidations about the neighborhood when I first saw it. However, neighborhood was very pleasant quiet. Apartment was very nice nicely furnished without being cluttered overall very comfortable place to stay. I would definitely consider it again if I come back to Chicago."

"This was in a historic building, with secure festures (several locked entrances). It was clearly a renovated factory, with pipes in the ceiling and exposed brick. This added to the charm. We were visting downtown, this rental was a few miles, so we rented bikes and or walked to get places. They included small details, shampoo, hair dryer, even toothbrushes! We enjoyed our stay."
