「What a cozy, thoughtful place. Had all the amenities of home and definitely is used as a family residence often. A 1/2 mile walk to the commercial strip of Thomas, although there is no sidewalk on a bit of that walk. It didn’t bother me personally. We had a great time.」

「This hotel seemed pretty popular with people passing through and was reasonably priced. There were not many amenities, but there was porch chairs and a fire pit on the grounds with some views of the mountains. Mini golf was available for a fee. Staff was pretty friendly and there was biscuits and gravy on Sunday morning but not Saturday. I think this was an adequate stay and near Davis, Thomas and the state parks.」

「Great location close to Blackwater Falls State Park and the two towns of Davis and Thomas. Communications with host suburb! All I needed to cook meals with stove, microwave, pots/pans, coffeemaker; Small space but just right for my solo retreat at waterfalls, rivers, trails for hiking! Highly recommend !!」

「When we arrived for our stay, the rooms have not even been cleaned. All the beds had been slept in, trash everywhere, half eaten food in the fridge and soiled towels laying around. The hotel staff didn't even response when I call them.」

「The whole house was clean and nice, they had all the basic supplies ready and the internet was very good and those grills were just so great… overall the house is a 10/10」
