"We stayed in this hotel for the second time, big mistake. All my complaints about the first visit were still in place and then there were new ones. First, why stay there. VERY convenient location, right off the highway, perfect for our college graduation weekend. And we ate in the on-site restaurant which was very good. Now why not to stay there. The two things in a hotel that are non-negotiable for me are a comfortable bed and a great hot shower. The bed was awful, big lump in the middle, big enough that it kept making me feel that I was going to roll off onto the floor. And pillows like bricks, no fluff at all. The shower/tub had obviously been recently replaced, brand new, but the fixtures not. The temperature control was some kind of valve that, instead of going cold to hot just rotated endlessly, making it very difficult to find the right temperature. I could not get hot water in the sink at all. No carpeting. The ultimate insult: we wanted to watch the Red Sox game. Turned on the TV and the aspect ratio was all screwed up so that the sides of the picture were cut off. Then we tried to find NESN, which was listed on the channel lineup, and got a 'channel not available' message. A very nice desk guy came up to help us and tried to fix the picture. But the ultimate insult to a Red Sox fan in a Boston suburb was that, not only was NESN not available even though their guide said it was, the guy didn't even know what NESN was. So weird and frustrating."

"Very clean atmosphere and pleasant staff. Any needs that you request are answered/full-filled quickly. Free parking is always a plus and EV chargers a bonus. Very convenient location close to restaurants and basically next door to Costco. Hospital across the way if you need it. Close to highway. Even though breakfast is included which is nice, they could do better. The eggs are terrible, proteins always look like frozen items. Dunkin’ Donuts was my go to. Everything else was great!"

"It was fine, clean and comfortable. We were a little disappointed because the pool was out of order. We picked it partly because they had a pool. Also, their website said they have a cot available which we needed for one of our kids (who can’t share a bed) and they didn’t have it. Also, we had to pay extra for guest number 4 (total close to $200 for one night) and then only had towels for 2 people. We asked for it and they never brought it and we had to ask again late."

"Lucia (at the front desk) was very Friendly and was very helpful in directing us to different areas of the city to see, I ordered supper from the bar tender and the food was so good. Hillary was very helpful."

"The hotel management canceled my reservation without any explanation, improperly packed my clothes and personal belongings, and left all my clothes heavily wrinkled. Despite the obvious mistake, the hotel never acknowledged the issue. Instead, they reassigned me to a lower-category room at a cheaper rate and offered no solution regarding either the price difference or the condition of my clothing. I emailed both the General Manager and the Regional Manager, including photos and my contact information, and received absolutely no response. Terrible experience and extremely disappointing support from the hotel staff."

"The staff was wonderful when I arrived and found the room I booked wasn’t suitable for me because of the stairs. Dinners were great. My only real complaint was that they didn’t serve breakfast during the week which I found very inconvenient. "
