"This is a get what you pay for. My other half had a procedure in Burlington and this was a hotel that came up. You have to pay to park on the garage or outside. (I didn’t know that). No hot water when asked they said we only do like warm water. I ground pool had no water. It was extremely dirty. I wouldn’t even shower in the bathroom because it was so gross. I would have rather slept in my vehicle than stay there. We even looked at going somewhere else but we had already spent $100+ for this place. Loud bedroom activities in several of the rooms around us and when we tried to drown it out with the TV there was no channels. If I could give a negative rating I would. I showered in hot water when we got home and washed everything including shoes. So gross. "

" We stayed there one year ago and everything was so great we came again. Check in staff was indifferent in fact I stood at the counter several minutes being ignored by the check in person while he stared at his computer and did no even acknowledge me standing there. Not even "hello, I will be with you in a minute." Only when another staffer came over was I acknowledged. Breakfast Sat.morning un-managed. By 8am, no coffee, no hot water. Mlk etc. at both counters empty. Nobody checking. 30 minutes before they started making more coffee. Not enough chairs for guests. Some guests actually wiping their own table down and their own dishes from the kitchen.Trash can at the dish drop off full to overflowing. It was disgusting. The kitchen staffer bringing out food was working very hard trying to do everything with no help.The desk staffer who ignored me the day before was there walking. Looked like he was supposed to be helping/managing but he was doing practically nothing and appeared to have no clue what his job was. Many people asking the kitchen guy and him for coffee, milk etc. This should not be happening. A year ago there was one woman handling the whole room and she was fantastic! Cleaning, clearing tables , straightening chairs and checking coffee, milk etc.I know it was the weekend and the place seemed reasonably full but this should not happen. Very disappointed! "

"There was a good assortment of breakfast items. The lobby is very spacious and comfortable and was a great place for our large group to congregate for breakfast and in the evenings after dinner. Very happy with our stay here. Would definitely stay here again."

"I had a pleasant stay. It was quiet at night, the bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. I was slightly surprised that the bar stopped serving at 9pm but the bar tender was gracious in pouring an ale for me even though they had just closed."

"The living area of the room appeared to be relatively updated so we selected this property. When we arrived, it was certainly a good photographer. The bathroom is small, dirty and not updated. It’s the kind of place you do not want to take your shoes off, showering included "

"This property was very clean and comfortable. Easy check in and the host was available to help as needed. We had a great time in Concord and this place is close to a lot of walkable historic sites plus Main Street attractions. The kitchen is well stocked, the only thing we wish it had was a toaster. We hope to return! "

"My traveling companion and I arrived at this ‘inn’ and we were floored at the truly awful conditions of the room and property. The photos completely misrepresented the state it’s in.There was no way we could stay there and had to rebook at a different hotel. The manager at the time agreed to refund the full amount, which I appreciated. With that show of good faith, I was not planning to leave a bad review in order to give them the benefit of the doubt. However, the refund never came through and the property has not responded to a single request from Expedia to process the refund. DO NOT STAY HERE."
