They switched rooms on us again and moved our stuff without our consent. They emailed me to inform me, never called since they didn't have my number on the reservation. I have to give my number on hotels.com, they should have it. My wife was very upset about them moving our stuff, we had to search to be sure we had everything, including our son's medication. We immediately demanded a refund and left, found another hotel."
