"Amazing location, perfect for sightseeing. Lovely big rooms, beautiful bathrooms with luxury toiletries. Great hotel for a trip to the capital."

"Glad for luggage check in option. Sheet had stain on it and needed to be replaced. Hard time getting prompt resolve on this. It is probably a UK thing, since none of the other hotels we stayed at had washcloths either, just an FYI. Breakfast was good, tons of options. Overall decent place to stay. Close to restaurants, the Tower bridge, and the Tower of London castle all in very short walking distance. "

"Love the location and staff at this hotel. I stay here every time I am in London. However, the last time I was here, I was not told that there is no desk or table in the room (premium Queen, which is what I always book - I always had a table and chair before), so it was difficult for me to get any work done on my computer. Other than that, I would recommend it."

"Really one of the best appointed serviced apartments I’ve ever stayed at. A few metres to the Tower, the pier, catch the Uberboat up or down the Thames. Room is cleaned daily, also a nice change. Parking across the road at Tower Hill Carpark is expensive. We parked across the bridge at Q-park Tower Bridge for three days as we needed a car while in London. "

"Perfect stay"

"Stayed at Pan Pacific from 20-22 March 2026 for a birthday celebration in the Devonshire suite which was a beautiful, spacious room with great features including the record player. The spa was a delight and the ambiance was up there with the best spa day experiences i have had. Great location next to spitalfield and Petticoat lane markets. Also,Brick Lane was a great mix of vintage, asian influence. Worth noting, the windows in the room are a great feature however they were extremely dirty and detracted from the views. They definitely need to be cleaned more frequently. Also, i was unable to communicate with the hotel through the Expedia messaging service to register the birthday celebration and even though i expressed this again upon check-in this wasn't acknowledged and then upon checking out they asked why we were here? Overall, wonderful hotel and will definitely stay again."

"Nice location! Easy walks to all the good stuff. Plenty of great restaurants and pubs and easy Underground access. Staff was great!"
