「Staffs are frendly and tried their best to fullfil customer needs even before check-in. They hepled me in last minutes arrangement of airport transfer, early breakfast, and so on. Thank you!」

「location is ok no complaint at this price」

「Room was clean and a good size. Sheets, towels provided. Reception staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful - and were excited for us to see the best of the city and surrounding area. Extremely convenient for many attractions of the city - right on the waterfront, and almost directly opposite the Assembly buildings. Chinatown is just behind - with many delicious options for food. Fantastic. 」

「Overall it was good, although a few essentials were not included... like small hand wash towel, water filter / dispenser...」
