"This house was amazing! All updated and super clean! The kitchen was stocked with everything you need and everything was labeled which we loved! The beds were comfy and the location was great! The beach is right there and everyday we saw so many dolphins right from the porch! The sunsets were amazing. We can’t wait to go back and rent this home again! Also from booking this home they had great communication and sent a whole guide on the area which I thought was great!"

"Good Times at Good Tides!We had an awesome family vacation at Good Times! The house was so perfect for our family. Each couple had their own tastefully decorated, spacious private room. The gathering area was large and open so that we could all be together while preparing a meal or while the children played with toys or played a video game. We appreciated that the listing was quite accurate and that the house delivered on its promise!What I loved most was that the house was immaculately clean, putting us all immediately at ease. It felt like we were in our own home. The kitchen was well stocked. The ample cookware and tableware was high quality and made meal prep a breeze. Another plus was the extra fridge in the game room, which came in very handy for keeping beverages cold. My grandson loved the bunk beds and wanted to sleep there by himself. The location of the property was super convenient to access either the beach or sound side, both of which were lovely. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors were friendly and helpful. The hot tub was relaxing and soothing after a day of sightseeing and exploring. We enjoyed that very much! Communication with our host, Gary, was totally easy. He was always accessible and quick to respond and as friendly and accommodating as could be. He was a wonderful host! We would highly recommend a stay at Good Tides. Our family hopes to return again for more good times!"

"The house had NO running water, the AC did NOT work and it was over 80 degrees inside the house, very dirty inside including a bad odor, outside was covered with spiders, and the landscape was not well maintained. Given those immediate observations, we chose not to inspect the hot tub as there is no way the hot tub had been maintained either. It was a surprise trip for our children for Easter weekend and had to turn around and drive 5 hours home in the middle of the night."

"Lovely well stocked ocean front home with a mix of old and new. Views from the 3rd floor living area are stunning. Plenty of sleep spaces with interesting layout. All spaces are clearly cleaned and well! Plus home has many things to do for those rainy or cold days. Hosts are fantastic- best I’ve had on vrbo. Clear and inviting instructions; helpful to questions; invested in your stay. We will absolutely stay here again next time in OBX. "

"This home has been beautifully renovated. It was lovely being able to see the ocean from all the windows. The owner was very easy to work with and upon finding out that our dog was afraid of the stairs inside the home and we had to take her home graciously refunded our pet deposit. Furniture was very comfortable as well. Definitely worth a visit if you are looking for an oceanfront home in Duck, NC."
