I reserved the room for 11 nights, however, I ended up staying there for only 9 nights due to an updated flight schedule to Australia.
I highly recommend travellers consider "Cozy Rooms in Bright Walkout Suite - Newly Renovated 2026" for their next stop in Richmond Hill. The host provides a clean room and comfortable room for guests to stay in safety.
I did not use the kitchen, therefore there are no comments to provide.
The host also kindly offered me a parking spot when I arrived late at night, which was really helpful. The location and commute are convenient, between Bathurst and Yonge.
One friendly piece of feedback, please replace the broken garbage bin and the rusted hand-wash bottle in the washroom.
Overall impression, I was captivated by the beautiful front and back yards. Please inspect and seal any gaps around doors and windows to prevent ants from sneaking into the room's floor.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were ok but not the greatest in taste. Bedroom was clean but the bathroom wasn't as clean as I would like, would need to deep clean as the tub, sink and floor corners are dirty. It's not as quiet when I stayed and got a few prank calls from teenage kids staying at the hotel but it was dealt with by management right away.

The best part about this hotel is it is located right at the heart of downtown and a few steps away from the subway station. The rooms are a bit cramped but real estate space must be a luxury in this part of Toronto. The breakfast is great and the staff are friendly.

Dirty and broken sink, closet door broken , sliding balcony door not locking street noise coming in over all very poor and they charged for parking over $15 a day which was not mentioned on line l will never stay there again
