Decent place to stay if you’re going to be in downtown Toronto most of the day and need a place nearby to crash for the night. The gentleman that checked me in was kind and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

It's in a very good location and the staff were very friendly. Some of the guests in the front building didn't respect the bo smoking signs. We learned about the deluxe rooms in the back building on this trip. Overall, it was good and we would like to return.

For the solo traveller this is a good place, the building itself is older and could use an update but if you are travelling alone its a good place for the price. The staff was very friendly and it really had what i needed.

Best part was the location was good and parking included. 5 minutes to the subway station and 10 minutes to downtown Toronto when traffic is light. Nightly wildlife encounters with 3 resident raccoons, Room size was ok, but the room was dirty. Floor not swept or mopped, shower, sink, and toilet dirty. Housekeeping came all but one day and made the bed and changed the towels and left toiletries, but towels were yellowed stained. The bed linens appeared to be clean. Daily housekeeping did not include sweeping. Property owner/manager was friendly and helpful. Advice, bring clorox wipes, a clean towel, and shower shoes.

No wash clothes to take a shower , Management says they understand English but didn't understand I needed a wash clothes ( wash rag) . I ended up using a clean sock to use to wash up , Black mold around and in the bathtub (had to keep my flip-flops on my feet) . The floor was dirty and not clean, The bed was terrible (my butt sunk in middle of bed) . I stayed 2 night's and did not sleep well , The room reaped so bad of smoke (my eye's burned) . It was suppose to be a none smoking room , The area seemed to be pretty good (safe) . At check in I had to give a $100.00 cash security deposit and told I cannot give you a receipt (But received it upon checkout) , And at checkout management asked could you please give a good review (Yeh how about the truth) I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone . It was not worth the money I paid.

*Perfect for concert goers* Queensway Motel turned out to be better than all the bad reviews made it out to seem. There were no bugs, not even a cobweb in our room. We got our deposit back right away as we checked out despite what another slanderous review stated. Is it outdated? Yes, but so what, all we needed was a place to sleep after hitting up a concert at the Amphitheatre. Raj is a good dude and this place is perfect for concert goers.

When I checked in found out it was in another building … there was no phone in the room I had no face towels to me the mattress was to soft and not pet friendly so just a heads up for others reading this But I must admit it was quiet and I was able to relax after the long drive
