「Breakfast was terrible as guest were asking for items to be refilled, the front desk employees were very rude and sarcastic. When wanting more towels, I was standing at the front desk for at least 5 minutes waiting for the employee to return to ask for the towels.」

「No hangers, no place to hang anything, lamp without a shade, several outlets didn’t work, carpet disgusting, mold in the shower, broken door lock, and refrigerator froze my food.」

「Can see the ocean from room. Shops in ealking distance from hotel didn't have to move the car all weekend.」

「Beds and pillows are terrible. Bed mattresses need to be replaced. Sitting chair looks like it’s has been used for sex . Lots of stains it was gross. Refrigerator made terrible noise had to unplug it and not use it. Reported it and nothing was done , still in the same position I had left it in . Got poor sleep. Couldn’t change room because it was booked up.」

「Our room was clean, the breakfast area wasn't maintained as far as cleaning the tables for the next person and coffee was out. Breakfast was ok. They tried to charge me for a reservation I didn't make」
