"First up, the staff were amazing. From check in to breakfast to check out. Very knowledgeable, and helpful. The check in refreshment was a nice touch. The general decor was unique and we would certainly return. Parking may be a challenge but we were there for 2 nights and it wasnt an issue."

"This accommodation was an amazing find for us. Located just outside the center of Dunedin this uniquely styled two story apartment in a reclaimed factory building was just stunning. Personally we are keen on the industrial look of the apartment and the building in general. The room was clean, comfortable and relaxing. It was almost sad that we had to move on to continue our adventure through NZ. Everything was there in the apartment that one would need - including a full kitchen and laundry. Nice view of the harbor. We also had a walk around the building and the owners have placed a lot of art work depicting the buildings history - including the industrial coffee roaster in the lobby. Parking was simple just across the street (and free). The walk to the city center was just down the street and over the bridge to the train station. Have to say that this was one of our best stays in all of NZ."
