「Accomodation had been double booked. Instead of cancelling the booking from their end the host messaged me on trivago, since I was expecting a message anyway for the login code, and you have to login to read messages I left it. Host also alerted trivago it was double booked, who did not contact me either. Drove all the way to Dunedin with 2 kids, stranded and nowhere to stay. Spent $400 to stay at scenic circle for the first night, Dunedin was booked out for the second night so we had to drive...

「Location was perfect and the view from the bedroom window was beautiful, parking was a tight sqeeze but given it's close proximity to the city totally understandable. Nice clean and funky place with many querky elements to it, comfortable bed, keep in mind master is upstairs and bathroom downstairs. Overall a great experience, so close to everything we need. 」

「Simon was an amazing host who communicated from beginning to end. He also seeks to find out how to improve one’s stay, which is extremely rare these days. The property has easy access to the city. This is just a fabulous place to stay.」

「Everything about this property was great - easy access, comfortable and warm, easy parking, secure, close to town. The only thing that let it down was that the air fryer was unwashed from the previous guests, full of fat and crispy bits of something. Overall, a little gem :) 」

These are primarily electrical.In the bathroom: there is an outlet that is closer to the sink than is allowed under current code. There is no evidence that this (or any other sockets) are RCD protected; there is a heater on the wall that must be directly wired, and switched by the user using a pull cord.
