「Wonderfully appointed apartment, with all modern amenities. Tons of restaurants and attractions at the doorstep, but the apartments feel tucked away and offer a quiet respite from the din of activities. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchens, and thoughtful extras made for an excellent stay. The apartments are best suited for 1-4 adults, as the bedrooms and bathrooms are a bit tight on both space and storage, and each bedroom has open loft windows/shutters to the main sitting area - charming...

「Rooms, towels, sheets are clean. Not suitable for elderly people who need to carry their luggage up the stairs to the suite. Jono is very helpful and responds quickly. I think there should be more hooks in the shower rooms. Free roadside parking just outside the apartment, from 6pm to 9am.」

「Our host was easily contacted. Good communication and He arranged special safe place to park our bikes, so very grateful. There is no elevator which is something to be mindful of as it is the second floor. Apartment suited us, we were 3 couples and a single. Facilities as described. 」

「We really enjoyed our stay. The stairs are not difficult as someone else mentioned. The single room is through a curtain connected to the lounge. The location is central and it had everything we needed, though I won’t be taking the shower home with me. 」

「This apartment is so stylish and comfortable. It has so many beautiful details. The location is perfect for walking to many of my favorite Dunedin restaurants and sights too. The only slight negative aspect of our stay was the arguing seagulls on the rooftop in the early morning. I'm not sure how the owner would keep them away though. Overall this apartment is a real find and I would gladly stay here again.」
