"Run down, ditry, old, overgrown, with trash in the garden/public areas. Someone walked in on me at 7:30am. Just not a good experience."

"Location was fantastic for a quiet countryside retreat. Nearest place we stopped off was Henley-On-Arden a couple of miles away. The rain was a shocker so didn't see much of the surrounding area. The children loved the two border collies who lived next door. The house itself was great. Super shower. Beds very comfortable, had a great nights sleep. Loved having the wood burner. It's an old farm house so if you're expecting all mod cons and aren't prepared to go back to basics just a little bit, then probably not for you. But it does come with a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher. We'll be back for sure."

"Wonderful house and location. We had a mix of 9 adults and 8 children ranging from 1 to 10 years. The house worked so well for us with the open plan kitchen, orangery and snug. We had great fun playing in the lake, hot tub and tennis court. We had a family meal cooked for us in the event barn on one evening. This was so special and so chilled as we only had to wonder across the path, definitely recommend doing this. Thank you Susan & Phil for looking after us so well. We hope to come back for future celebrations."

"Lovely house, had everything we needed for our stay, the location is stunning and a bonus having a pub end of the path for food and drinks. Communication was great and very quick response. Would highly recommend "

"This was a perfect location for us, halfway between us and family we were meeting up with. It was easy to find and it was good that there were a few pubs and villages close by. The house was really tastefullly decorated and furnished, and the ensuite bathrooms were spacious and modern and were a great find for us. The back garden was enclosed with plenty of room for the dogs to runaround in, and had plenty of furniture to sit and enjoy food and drink outside. And even though the hot tub was across the courtyard it still felt quite private. The hosts were very friendly and sorted out any minor issues straight away for us. We'd definitely stay here again."
