「Beautiful location and quaint cabins. Reception staff seemed distracted and indifferent. Three requests for hypoallergenic bedding were ignored and I ended up having a sleepless night due too feather allergies. The early morning reception attendant didn’t deign to take his eyes off the monitor when spoken too and was less helpful than the check-in attendant.」

「The rooftop area was unfortunately strongly smelling of chlorine brightly lit and ymca like and had some smokers up there. The room was fine though old but the band was a bit loud. Breakfast was not only truly terrible and not as advertised but no refund was offered for the inedible omelet with plastic cheese (they subbed it as they were out) overcooked and took 35 minutes with only one other table there. We though we were going to get a private hot tub, but got a bathtub instead.called front desk, they said they dont have rooms with hot tubs, but Expedia charged us an extra $50 for a room with a hot tub. Aalto restaurant was good, wine was pricey.」
