「Everything was perfect. Lovely room which was immaculately clean and well presented. Stephen and Neil were perfect hosts and clearly work really hard to ensure their guests have a lovely stay. Great location for everything in the area. We will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you!」

「Fantastic host. Great location. Cracking breakfast. Will certainly book again when in the area!」

「Staying here was amazing. The room was just what I needed for my one night stay in Durham. The bus stop wasn’t far away and was very easy to get into the city center. I arrived a little bit early and they didn’t even flinch to get me into my room. Highly recommend!」

「Shared kitchen area was clean and tidy with the Lidl store nearby cooking via microwave was easy and straightforward. The bedroom with en suite was clean also and very spacious with a very comfortable armchair and a comfortable bed also. Instructions on how to get to the premises were perfect and accurate, even key codes worked with no issues.」
