「We were running really behind on travel and called ahead. Front desk checked us in over the phone and had our keys in an envelope at the lobby (they close at 9pm) the rooms where extremely clean and the beds where comfortable. We were very happy to see the rooms was fitted with a mini split for cooling instead of those loud outdated units below the window. Overall I would highly recommend. 「We enjoyed our four day stay to the Fox Ridge resort, though it does appear this resort has started to become more rundown compared to the years prior that we have visited. The customer service was excellent, there was always a smile when we were greeted, and a thorough explanation upon our check-in of all the amenities available. We would definitely stay here again, though I hope they consider replacing the carpet to an easier to clean flooring in the future! That would certainly help improve...
