"It's a great hotel in a fantastic location, and the staff was incredibly helpful. The rooms were clean, the lobby was nice, and people were very friendly. But the elevators...dang. They are just terrible. There's confusion with how they work, as there are two different systems in place, and they just take FOREVER to get to the top floors. There can be very long lines to wait when you're heading up, and then once you're on them you're stuck with a LOT of people with no air circulation, and they stop at almost every floor, even when the buttons haven't been engaged. I hope this is something they can correct soon, because otherwise this is a fantastic hotel."

"For what the idea is with these little box rooms, Now Now does a great job. Everything was very clean, showers, rooms, bathrooms. There even is housekeeping checking on your room once a day, which was unexpected. Slippers and robe provided for your shower trips. So all that is great. The noise level with all the travelers coming and going is what it is. Doors are making noises when pulled close, so if you are a light sleeper, maybe an issue. Guest seemed to adhere to the community rules. I appreciate the big lockers that were available in the basement, good for helping store your luggage when arriving early or leaving late. But the fees are not cheap. Only real criticism is the "lounge" room which is a sad little dungeon in the basement. Internet was fast and reliable. Compared to other low budget options in expensive NYC, I would come back here."

"Staff was exceptionally great and professional. Okay location. Room quite small. We had no view but alley looking building. The room not as clean when we got there. Lots of dust on corner of floors. Bathroom door was dirty. Mold on shower curtain. Overall okay. But staff was great!"

"Great for the price and location,, however be prepared to pay up front, building secure only if someone is at the front desk, plenty of stairs no elevator, room phone in my room did not work. After listing these negatives, I will still return for the neighborhood vibe, location, cleaniness, and price!"
