"Only after we had arrived, we found out that they don’t have a reception desk. Not even one English-speaking live person. We had to reach out to the hotel remotely. On the phone, we told them we made reservations for 2 rooms. We have the booking number. But they told us the booking number didn’t say we have 2 rooms. They insisted that we have to prove that. They demanded us to send them the PDF of the receipt. But because we were not checked in yet, we didn’t have the access to the hotel’s WiFi....

"We love our stay from nov 23 to 28 2023, they clean our room everyday, they provided daily water, coffee and tea. Bed are so comfy.. location are so near to 711, streetfoods and local restaurant espacially to pratunam clothes vendors!!! We will definitely be back in Amber Inn"
