Park Plaza London Westminster Bridge
Was assigned a room with disability. I feel this room shouldn’t be assigned to a normal guest. It makes the whole experience stay feels like a hospital stay.

Rockwell East
Took two days/requests to get a bath towel (none in the room upon arrival) and the top floor room's shower didn't work or weakly-m/intermittently due to lack of water pressure. Made mornings extra long and uncomfortable.
