「Room was filled with mosquitoes」

「I can't say enough about this property...what a gem! We toured Italy for 8 days and this was our favorite stay. The property is STUNNING. The staff is extremely helpful. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was hot with fantastic pressure. (It's amazing what a good shower can do for you!) Our room had a balcony that over looked the grounds. 「Clean room, great breakfast with a good selection we would love to come back in the summer and enjoy the property」

「This hotel was for a short stay before our flight home. The staff were very helpful with our check in process. Prior to our arrival I requested an airport shuttle for 4am the following day, and the organization and pick up were seamless. The staff were consistently attentive and helpful, including housekeeping, front desk, etc. Great service.」

「Beautiful room. Convenient location. Very clean, and it had a large jacuzzi tub !!」

「Ok」

「Terrible Experience, Would Not Recommend! We originally booked this hotel for five nights but left after just one because of the unacceptable conditions. The room was dirty, extremely outdated, and had no air conditioning or even a fan. Everything felt old and poorly maintained. On top of that, the parking area was not secure, which was a major concern with our rental car. Cleanliness, comfort, and security should be the bare minimum for any hotel, and this place failed on all fronts. Extremely...
