Wir hatten einen super angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Anlage war gepflegt und das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Leider musste man für die Nutzung des Pools Badekappen tragen. Der Strandzugang war super und man konnte dort schön entspannen und zur Ruhe kommen. Empfehlenswert!

It's was good for one night for us to be close to airport. The A/C didn't work, bed is hard as a rock, pillows were paper thin. True it's an older establishment, however they could maybe clean their hallway carpets, get better mattresses and make it more comfortable! The breakfast was decent and probably the best part of the hotel. I would have hated this to be "The" hotel to spend our vacation at ! And it's not a 4 star hotel! At best maybe a 3 .

douche 70 cm x 70 cm très petite avec joints défectueux et cabine très âgée, chambre pas dû tout insonorisée, comme si les voisins étaient dans ma chambre et la porte d'entée de la chambre n'arrête pas le bruit des déplacements et les conversations des autres clients, clim extrêmement bruyante impossible de dormir donc éteinte. Le restaurant mauvaise nourriture (industrielle, limite restauration rapide) et le petit déjeuner de même. Là le 4 étoiles passe à 1 étoile. Je crois que les administrations régionales doivent revenir contrôler cet hôtel !!!

We stopped for 1 night. Hotel room was good, clean and quiet. In need of some modernisation. AC was a little noisy while asleep. Reception and checkin was good. Free Carparking a bonus and adequate. Beach area easy to access on foot. Beach facilities are good, but it is a rocky beach area. Bring rubber shoes. Breakfast is also good and adequate. Overall, would recommend this hotel for brief stays while travelling.

The hotel was nice and clean, and the maid was kind and helpful in keeping our room clean and comfortable. However, the customer service could use some improvement. It often took a long time to get assistance, which was frustrating. The hotel’s restaurant served good food, but the customer service was awful. A reservation was required to sit in the outdoor area, even though there were plenty of empty tables available. This was disappointing and made the dining experience less enjoyable. Overall, the hotel itself was nice and clean, but the customer service at both the hotel and restaurant needs significant improvement.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Clean place and nice rooms. Only down fall is it’s a little dated. Could use some updates. Other than that it’s a very nice place. Breakfast was amazing! Fresh eggs your way made to order with a barista on standby to make your espresso or cappuccino. 7/10 I would highly recommend this place. Thanks for having us.

This hotel is a run-down beach hotel with horrible service. The front desk is unhelpful and never mentioned that there were no beach towels at the beach after walking about a half of a mile to the beach, The beach is your typical stone / rock beach that is open to the public. The pool next to the beach is a kid pool, the adult pool is on the other side of the property and is not easy on the eyes. The room smelled like sewerage and there is no shuttle service for a place in the middle of nowhere. All taxi prices start at $50 euros. We were not going to try the restaurant. The grounds of the property are unkept and old. I attached photos of these issues. Never go to this place, sleep in your car before booking here.

It's an ok hotel. A bit run down. It's cheap and clean with a good breakfast so that's a positive. But if you do not have a car you have to rely of the rare city bus to take you to a restaurant - closest of which is about 4km away. There is a restaurant on premises but it's very limited.

Very pleased we didn’t pay full price for this hotel. Being by the sea was really lovely and the staff were good but the hotel / our room was very rundown. The reviews for the restaurant aren’t good so we decided to go into Giovinazzo (8miles away), the hotel staff said a taxi was €40, we ended up booking an uber which was €18! We were told a taxi to the airport (5miles) was €35, an uber was €23. This doesn’t reflect the score of the hotel / staff but thought it would be helpful for other travellers.
