「House on pedestrian street in old town, so close to places to see. Very comfy room with small roof terrace and use of kitchen. Met at house on arrival by owner's daughter, who was very helpful. Found free parking, but 5 minutes walk away. Ruvo was a pleasant town and good to explore. Quite close to Castel del Monte and Bari.」

「The stay was absolutely perfect, I traveled with my family and we utilized both apartments for 7 people with plenty of room for everyone. Ruvo is a beautiful town and the Casa Rubis was in walking distance of everything, fresh bread, pastry, meats , fish and fresh sliced cured meats and cheese, I am missing my stay already. We can’t wait to travel back, thank you for an excellent stay Casa Ribis!!!」

「Gräslig upplevelse. Det rum vi betalat för var iordningställt men andra gäster bodde där. Värdinnan ljög och hävdade att det var en vattenskada. Hon vägrade att överhuvudtaget hjälpa till under vår vistelse utan uppträdde arrogant genomgående. Vi gjorde vårt bästa för att kommunicera med henne men hon var rakt igenom otrevlig. Värdinnan talade inget annat språk än italienska så vi fick översätta allt digitalt (hon vägrade hela tiden göra motsvarande). Det rum vi fick hade avsevärda brister men...

「We had a great stay here and couldn’t have hoped for a better stay. The room was perfect for us, spotlessly clean and was perfect for our needs. Staff went out of their way to help us and always with a smile. The spa is beautiful but sadly we ran out of time so didn’t use it. Hopefully next time!」
