(2) nowhere did it say you have to climb 50+ stairs in a very hot stairwell, to get to the room. There is no elevator. We were on a three week trip with two large suitcases. We found a man in the street and paid him...

"Meet & greet host : Informative of area churches etc.
Description of room on site misleading.
This room is Not Luxury.
Would describe as basic Travel Room.
Bed: Poor quality of structure.
We notified host that the Bed "Creeked "Badly " with every Slight movement.
Response " no one else has complained " which does not solve the problem.
We requested a solution & for the host to come to room. Mentioned to a cleaner. No one was willing to attend to our complaint.

"The apartment was beautiful, well appointed and clean, although on a busy street with car noise until late in the evening. Parking was a challenge. Check in was a challenge. The check in was in a clothing store front across the street, not obvious from the street and not indicated in any communication. Additionally, they did not have my reservation from Expedia on file. Fortunately, they had an apartment available and kindly accommodated. "
