Find Trani Bed And Breakfast

"This hotel is in an excellent position with easy parking (public parking) across from the hotel. Rooms were good and Netflix was available which was a plus. The restaurant was very good with excellent food and the staff were very good. My only complaint would be that we were there for 3 nights and could not get into the restaurant until the last night as there was a function on 2 of the 3 nights. I fully understand that the restaurant cannot rely on guests only and need functions to survive. However the hotel states it has a bar except guests could not use the bar while the functions were on. I do believe that if you advertise a bar it should be available to the guests at all times. If the functions needs to use the bar then maybe management should use the lobby as a makeshift bar for it’s guests. It is good after a day of sightseeing to come back to a hotel and get a drink and sit down somewhere to discuss the day. Being refused a drink because of a function and being told there were other bars in the area is a poor way to treat a guest. Saying that I do believe this is a management problem not as staff problem as they do not make the rules. I would definitely go back but I do hope that management looks at alternative ways to assist it’s guests when they have a function. They even have a place upstairs for coffee where they could offer drinks if they had a function in the restaurant. "

"Located in the Old City area, we waited about half an hour for the receptionist to come to receive us, it was not convenient to get to the parking lot. It was actually a very large apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms not suitable for a couple, and we didn't realize that when we made the reservation. The apartment itself was clean and beautiful."

"The room was great other than it was on a loud, busy street. Unfortunately, I only learned when I was to meet the host that I was not staying at the location shown on my booking confirmation. The communication of where my actual room was was difficult as 2 of my 3 translation apps described it as an office/place of business so it was difficult to recognize where I was supposed to be. Also, compared to the several other B&Bs that the friends I was traveling with stayed, my hosts did not provide any information or recommendations for the local area. It was a great room (much like a proper hotel room) in a great area (other than street noise), but no real host communication. "

"Be aware the there is no lift if you need one. Apartment is in a grand Palazzo with a shared common area and a balcony, great facilities and easy check in by a neighbour. Apartment is in a ZTL zone so if you have a car be aware when it is active. We were able to part for free on a side street about 5 minutes away."

"La Maison is small and beautiful. The rooms are great but don’t bring too heavy a suitcase as rooms start on first floor and no lift. We loved our two night stay here and felt very comfortable. There is a large cheap car park on the sea front about 100m away which is easier than trying to find nearby street parking. Very close to Trani old town and harbour with the bars and restaurants "
