Very handy location for 2 stations, big metro and JR lines. Lawson opposite the hotel but loads of shopping and eateries close by. 10min walk to Ueno park for the zoo. Room was very spacious and laundry detergent provided for the in room washing machine which is handy as we travelled with hand luggage only so needed to do wash. Would defo recommend for families.
We arrived at 2pm which is too early for the 3pm check in but they were happy to hold onto our bags and were in our rooms when we did check in later on.

My partner and I had a lovely stay. The location is super close to the train station. The room is very small as advised, other than that the stay was lovely.
