"The best part of the hotel was the amazing staffs there. They were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Any request I had, they tried to accommodate. They helped with early check-in as much as they could. Any amenities we needed, they provided promptly. We had a room facing the water and it was great. The room was minimal and clean. The breakfast was good. It’s the usual selections- eggs, bacon, hash brown, coffee, juices, sausage, fruits, yogurt, pastries, pancakes, toast, spreads, cheese, red beans and such. It was convenient to eat at the hotel instead of having to search for breakfast places so it worked out for us and the food was good. The pool was fun. It’s a public pool but it doesn’t get crowded and there are lifeguards. For someone who only swims indoor, it was an interesting and fun experience. The location is convenient for the places we wanted to travel. It’s close(10 mins walk) to metro so traveling was quite easy. All in all it was a great place to stay."

"Terrific location. Great rooftop bar with view but bar staff was average, didn’t clean up vacated tables promptly. Costly rooms particularly given no access to the pool. No free coffee service in lobby, just instant coffee and hot pot in rooms. Need to request cleaning and fresh towels every day. Cleaning staff was good!"

"Stayed for 3 nights. Pros: The hotel is very well maintained. Staff very friendly and helpful. The decor is beautiful. Cons: Our visit was during July, no A/C so the nights were a bit warm, no fans, windows open at the very top about 3 inches. Daytime was quite warm. Breakfast was not included and its pricy $34 for what you get. It's kind of out of the way, but a 5 minute walk to the hop on off bus stop. Didn't like the shower setup and slippery inside. Small rooms, but we made it work. Dark hallways, that was weird. If I visit Copenhagen again, I wouldn't stay here, not that it wad bad, just because there are sooo many other hotels closer to city center, better design with Breakfast included."
