Very convenient for the Copenhagen marathon. In a beautiful & safe residential area. These are apartments with a washing machine and a dishwasher. They are very clean. There’s a check in area with a brunch place. The building shows its age - but overall happy.

Great walkable location with excellent, friendly multilingual customer service staff (Danish & English). The facilities were going through renovations but it was still all usable and will be beautiful when it’s finished. Warning - Copenhagen is not a cheap city for accommodation. Needing space for ourselves and our adult daughter for 4 nights, (more that a folding mobile bed), we opted for this apartment@ approx $AU1,000 per night it was more than we expected to have to pay but the apartment, property, location and service could not be faulted. Loved the ‘green’ initiatives! Would definitely recommend and return.

We stayed in the tower and our room on the 7th floor was amazing with views across the whole city and harbour. Metro and trains within 5 minute walk and only 25 mins from the airport. Highly recommended.

Really great accomodation, located very close to the metro and train at Nordhavn, meaning it's so easy to get in and out of central Copenhagen but well placed to venture off up to Hornbeak and Honsingor. Excellent pool, immaculately clean and pretty quiet with all the floats needed for kids. Nordhavn is a new area with outdoor swimming, restaurants and plenty of grocery shops (Menu/Metro/Lidl). We self catered so cannot comment on breakfast available in hotel. Thanks Charlottehavn - we will be back!

Wow what a fantastic property! So great to find an affordable place to stay that had great space for us while travelling! Staff were exceptional and helpful! Room felt like home, had everything we needed, space to make it feel like home, prepare meals, work, relax and great quiet space to sleep with excellent black out blinds. Loved looking over the garden from the balcony listening to the birds. The in suite laundry was also a great feature for the length of our stay. The restaurant downstairs was excellent - we loved the weekend brunches - great setting, staff and food! Great gym and yoga facilities on site. Loved the walk ability to the water, great restaurants and shopping. Fantastic place wish we could have stayed forever.

Overall a good stay. We were given a room facing west, which in the summer really heated up the room during the summer. Because the sun sets after 10pm, the apartment can’t be cooled down much without having the windows open and the light coming in. Some people who smoke in other balconies have their smoke drift into your flat. It seemed that at least 4-5 other balconies were smoking during our stay. The location is great, easy to walk to the great surrounding neighborhood. Metro and S train close by. Can get to and from the airport with one metro transfer. Charlottehaven would get 5 stars if they included a fan for hot nights and if there was a restriction on cigarette smoking in the adjacent building.

Charlottehaven is an outstanding option if you’re looking for an apartment style setup (vs traditional hotel) with a bit of separation from the main tourist areas of Copenhagen. We stayed here for a brief (2.5 day) stop in Copenhagen and would absolutely stay here again. The tower apartment itself was lovely - light, appropriately spacious, and modern - with fantastic views of the city. Location-wise, it is a short walk to many restaurants/groceries and arguably the best bakery in town (Juno is a must) - and an even shorter walk to the metro, which got us everywhere we needed to go quite seamlessly. Worth noting: Charlottehaven is not a traditional hotel and does not have hotel-level services (namely, no daily housekeeping), which was okay for us; but you should ensure that matches your expectations. That said, there are plenty of amenities (we used the gym and playground; pool looked nice, but you must be 15 to use it, which didn’t work for our family), and the front desk staff was perfectly helpful. Looking forward to being repeat customers!

Nice easy hotel, we stayed in one of the self catering apartments. The kitchen had nearly everything but would have been nice if had one or two extra things like oil for cooking. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Would have been good to know that breakfast was served an hour later when it was a public holiday. Food at breakfast was very good quality and delicious. Area was generally quiet but walls do carry sound so unfortunately didn’t get the best sleep due to one night there was a concert nearby, baby crying and young lads shouting in the courtyard early in the morning. Public transport is so easy to use and there is the best gluten free bakery just 2 minutes away.
