The location was close to the station but tucked away so it was nice and quiet. There were lots of restaurants and shops close by. We would definitely recommend it!

The front desk staff was amazing at this apartment style hotel. I wasn't expecting first class service but we definitely got it! They provided us a dinner recommendation, booked the taxi and booked the table. It was one of the best dinners we had in Japan and was in Pontocho Alley, which is a pretty popular area! The room was beautiful, everything was comfortable. Had a great experience!

This hotel is absolutely amazing. We learned it opened about a month ago. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The room was spacious for our family of 4 and was so very clean and the decor was inviting. The bathroom is just as amazing. Property is in nice neighborhood, very close to bus stops/routes (<2 min), directly accessible from Kyoto station. Hotel is near several tourist locations and immediately walkable.
