"The onsens are amazing! The staffs are very friendly and welcoming. The town seems to be off the beaten path for most western tourists and is that much more authentic for it."

"古い建物でしたが綺麗にされており、お風呂も保性館にも行けたので2倍楽しめました。お料理もお腹いっぱいになるほどで満足しました。"

"For the price paid, it's quite a steal! It's very near Matsue JR Station, and provides both breakfast and dinner free of charge. Room is spacious and even comes with a sofa! (See photo) A pity that the onsen is under maintenance when I was there. Do note that the lobby and staff counter is at Level 1, while the ground level from JR Station is their "Level 2", in other words, you need to climb 2 flights of stairs down to check in. Not easy when carrying a heavy luggage."

"エントランスの暖簾がとても印象的でした。 中に入ると開放されたソファー、テーブルなどがありほかの滞在者やホテルの方とお話ししながらくつろげるスペースが大変気に入りました。 ホテルの方がとても親切で、島根の見所を教えてくださいました。 温泉もとても気持ち良くて清潔でした。 コロナで聞けなかったホテルの方の三味線弾き語りをまた次回聞きに行きたいです。 "

"この度はお世話になりました。スタッフの対応が良くて、特に男性の対応が非常によかったです。売店で売ってるお刺身もとてもおいしかったです。屋上の夕日スポットは時期のせいなのか建物が邪魔して残念な感じでしたが、朝早くすごく綺麗にみえました！部屋もリノベーションしており、海外にいるような感覚になりゆっくり過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました！"
