"Good hotel; close to the main railway station of Izumo and a couple of convenient stores, polite and kind front staff, free news paper everyday and daily room cleaning, which is almost extinct in other hotels in the area. On the other hand, it is palpable that the facility is tired. The hotel seems to try to cover such disadvantage with many good "services". I personallyl believe that the first priority would be expanding its "non-smoking" rooms rather than providing hot towels at the front...
"Great place to stay in Matsue. Super close to the train station, an easy 15-20 min walk to the Castle District. Lots of good restaurants and konbini available nearby. Rooms are small but very comfortable. Hotel is very clean and well-run. A great place to stay."
"I really liked the concept of this community house, which is not yet very common in Japan, as well as the location with easy access to the station, bus terminal, shops, and dining options. Although I did not try, the first floor of the guest house is a stylish restaurant. The only thing I wished they had provided was a little bedside lamp in the room. I will definitely use it again."

"I was in love with this hotel the first time and subsequently stayed 2 more times for a total of 4 nights. My first room was a corner Japanese style room with lake view. I haven’t seen a more fully staffed hotel, it even has 2 parking staff directing traffic for 30 lots. The hotel has facilities like onsen, laundry, and a convenience store. My favorite is the amenities counter which is practically a buffet with things that I’ve never seen before at hotels, including cool wipes, salt tablets, shoe fresheners and toe pads. Only gripe is it is not near the station so it’s a 10 minute bus ride and 5 min walk. "
"For only one night, the staff here were friendly and accommodating. They made check in’s and check out’s easy and quick. The room was in a good location next to the elevator and the walk to the train station was in short time. The view was also amazing as well, would come back here again for my stay in Matsue"
