We love this house! It's a great option for a group of adults or family(ies) with older kids. It provided a lot of privacy for all guests to sleep and have their own bathroom. It was also so quiet inside each bedroom! The beds were super comfortable and we all slept great the entire stay!With bedrooms separate from the living space and open to the outside, I wouldn't recommend this property for families with younger kids unless you plan to stay in the same room with them.The kitchen is well stocked and we cooked and grilled throughout our entire stay. The host was quick to answer any questions we had and worked to try and help us secure golf carts after our company took our money and didn't deliver carts as per our reservation. As a side note, never use Rent Me Tamarindo. We're still trying to get our money back 2 weeks after they failed to provide us with golf carts we reserved (and had to pay for in advance).On the golf cart note, the gated area as quite steep hills and I would recommend a golf cart or rental car to get around from the house to Tamarindo.The pool was great! We saw wildlife in the yard including lots of birds, bats, geckos and iguanas. All of these were outside. The separate apartment was a great spot for added privacy, extra fridge space, and a cute little cool plunge pool on the deck. We also appreciated the laundry facilities that were available. There is a wonderful grocery store just outside the gate of this area and other ammenities.
