「The whole resort was amazing! Food was good especially for an “all inclusive”. Staff was great and always making sure we didn’t need anything. The resort is on the other side of Aruba so any activities, shopping, etc. is about a 30-45 minute drive. We rented a car to explore. Highly recommend Secrets!」

「It is a dated building, which is ok but it should be kept cleaner. We got an ocean front room but there was trash and debris clearly in view on the rooftops and canopies below our room. It is very unappealing. The elevators too are poorly kept, dark and dirty. There was no microwave oven so we could not heat any leftover food from our dining throughout the week. These are very simple things that should be expected from a hotel in this price-point.」

「Hotel Riu was beautiful! From the moment we arrived the staff treated us like Royalty! Our baggage was unloaded from our transport and as soon as we walked into the hotel we were o presented with a glass of champagne which I thought was nice! 「Staff were nice and tried to be helpful. Beach was public, so everyone can take the sun-beds and there were not too many. Rooms were smelling a lot of mold and humidity, you have to keep the ac on all the time, however the front desk manager tried her best and changed our room after we saw different ones. 「This hotel is great especially for families with children. The pool is spacious, lots of shade, large hot tub is great at night. The poolside bar played world cup games & had a great drink and food menu. The hotel was extremely well maintained, staff work hard and are very friendly. Onsite free electric bikes were convenient and fun and sunsets in the cove were gorgeous. Complimentary breakfast was awesome with great selection! My only suggestion would be to have an airport shuttle available....

「We absolutely LOVED our stay at Divi Phoenix Resort! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The resort never felt overcrowded, which made it so relaxing and peaceful.
