Lobby and casino reeked of cigarette smoke from casino. Maintenance needs to address ventilation of casino smoking section. Otherwise, very nice hotel with good breakfast. Would not stay here again due to smoking odor.

Ok stay, but very noisy room facing the main avenue. The good: Friendly staff, clean and decent sized room. The not so good: No room service, restaurant closed at 9:00pm. Also the hotel needs and update, it is a bit worn down. The parking is at the mall, but there is no connection from the underground levels to the hotel, so you have to take your luggage up the stairs. The bad: Thin glass, little sound proofing, so in the room you can hear all the street noise. Not good for a good sleep. Tip ask for a room not facing the main avenue, but looking to the rear.

El sistema de reservas "orientado por ejecutivos del hotel" es deficiente y constitutivo de un engaño; el aviso / respuesta escrita confirmando la reserva dice "impuestos incluidos" y el Hotel finalmente carga unilateralmente la tarjeta "en garantía" por un valor superior (cobra dos veces el impuesto).

Clean, modern hotel in Talca

Stayed here one night on our way driving south. Very clean hotel and more modern than other choices. Front desk staff was friendly and check-in was easy. Room was clean and modern. Our only observation is that the hotel is about a 15 minute drive from town. We easily got an Uber and there are many cabs, so it was not a problem.

OK base for Talca travel.

Chose it as it is one of only a few choices for a base for the Maule Valley wineries and Siete Tazas waterfalls. Drove past it twice-just find the Maule shopping Mall then look for the Casino, park in the Mall car park underground. Looks as though costs are under pressure-breakfast is the bare minimum and some of the public areas could do with a spruce up. Cheap bathroom products. Demeanour not helped by the fumigator working down my corridor rooms at 2230 Sunday night! No explanation/warning. Staff are nice enough. Has a pool and gym but didn't use. Best viewed as a budget hotel room wise though....

Passei a noite de Natal nesse hotel. O jantar foi excelente. O quarto era amplo, cama confortável, ar condicionado bom, banheiro grande, mas com cortina. Café da manhã normal. Localizado no estacionamento de um centro comercial.

Subpar hotel next to a busy shopping district

I was very disappointed in this hotel. I was expecting a much better room than they have. I have stayed at other equivalent hotels in Talca and they are clearly far better than this hotel. The flooring in each room is very cheap and noisy. The bathroom is old and small.

hay determinados dias en que funciona una discoteque al otro lado de la calle hasta las 5 am no deja descansar. son las habitaciones matrimoniales no es recomendable salvo que se elijan dias que no funciona la disco el hotel no advierte nada
