This elegant retreat greets you with a spacious open deck, teeming with lush tropical foliage. Sip on cocktails and soak in breathtaking views from the cozy seating area. Fire up the BBQ or dine al-fresco at the 6-seater table. A 2-seater coffee table is also provided, ideal for breezy evenings outdoors.
The living area is a space of comfort and tranquility. It tastefully combines the charm of a rustic cabin with the luxuries of modern travel. Soft, pastel-colored interiors and soothing, contemporary accents blend artfully with sleek wooden furnishing. Bright and airy, it opens onto the roomy patio, allowing abundant natural light. There’s a comfy seating area with puffy sofas and an L-shaped couch — perfect to unwind before the smart TV. A stony fireplace accentuates the soothing ambience of the house.
Whip up your own recipes in the adjoining lakefront kitchen. Open-plan and fully functioning, it is fitted with glossy white countertops and wooden cabinetry. Stainless steel appliances are included such as a coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, oven and refrigerator. The 7-seater indoor dining table overlooks beautiful horizons.
There’s an additional lounge room. Artistic and well-decorated, it features a seating area, a smart TV and large picture windows with stunning vistas.
The home accommodates 9 guests in 5 stylish bedrooms — some of them offer cozy workspaces and charming views.
Located on the main level (2nd floor) , bedroom #1 has 2 twin-sized beds.
On the upper level (3rd floor), bedroom #2 features a king-size bed.
Bedroom #3 is also located on the upper level (3rd floor) with a king-size bed.
Bedroom #4, on the upper level (3rd floor), comes with a Queen-size bed.
Bedroom #5 is on the lower level (1st floor) and has a twin-size bed.
THINGS TO NOTE:
-This home is only for secondary use, not for a move in situation or primary residence. Can be rented for 30 or more days at a time.
-There are 4 bathrooms, 1 of them with a bathtub.
-A washer/dryer is provided.
-Driveway parking is available.
-While the house welcomes guests of all ages, the staircase may not be suited for the elderly.
The house is located in California’s Rubicon Bay. With direct access to Lake Tahoe, you’re guaranteed a jolly good time! Swim, cycle and kayak all day. Picnic by the lake or take a thrilling boat ride.
Head out for a day of family-fun at Meeks Bay Beach just a five minute walk away, sample local breweries and camp amidst alpine wilderness.
Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.
