"Friendly staff, easy check in. Room.basic but cute and clean. Perfect location to anything you need. We just stayed 1 night for a last minute trip to Tahoe. The lobby was really comfy and inviting. Would recommend to anyone looking for a stay and not needing anything fancy."

"I've stayed at this location for over 50 years and I hate no microwave, now. There were only 2 shower towels and no hand towels with only one dinky little garbage can. Ice bath over a jaccuzi? Give me a break."

"Fantastic views of the lake from very large deck. Deck has multiple chairs, picnic table, and grill. 2 of the 3 bedrooms had sliders to the deck. Nice to have working fireplace for nights. Property at end of dead end street so no traffic noise. Clean with washer and dryer, airfryer, kuerig, toaster, kettle, plates, cups, etc. Master bedroom has attached bath, which you cannot access any other way than through the master bedroom. Second bathroom in hallway in-between 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. Large open kitchen/dining/living area. Highly recommend!"

"Standard amenities (shampoo, body wash, cleaning wipes etc.) not provided. 2nd oven did not work. Kitchen utensils, pots/pans very unorganized. Living room couches are not connected, they move apart when sitting on them. Pillows on the dining bench were unsafe for kids. Musty smell in the main area when entering home. "

"Beautiful property almost on the lake with private access. We had the cowboy romance room which is very spacious and comfortable. Great staff, breakfast delivered every morning to each cottage. Excellent deli and market right next to the property with amazing food and drinks. Restaurants nearby and tahoe city 5 min drive. All in all 10/10 property. Wish it was pet friendly. That’s the only downside. "
