"Check-in took too long as the staff appears inexperienced unable to find reservation details then waiting of room allocation took 30 mins. Then when we got to the room the shower or water pressure is so weak that it only bribbles. J called the reception about it but was not concerned as it somewhat normal in this hotel to have a low water pressure. "

"Beds has surot. We feel uncomfy . Slept at the floor and had skin bumps in our chest , legs and buttocks. Owner should pull out the bed frames asap and get the help of the pesticides company . "
