"The room was very clean and spacious for a hotel room. We could walk to the pool or beach in about a minute, with many restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk. The hotel also offers great amenities like a spa, restaurant and golf cart rentals, plus the concierge can set up tours for guests. The room has a coffee maker, small fridge and some silverwear and glasses, which were helpful. It was quiet and felt private."

"Everyone was very friendly. Staff came to clean the room everyday and washed out clothes at the end. The only thing that could improve is the drinks, they taste very watered down."

"Room was clean and thoughtfully appointed. We don’t spend a lot of time in the room but the hotel has a great bar and restaurant. We had WiFi and a smart tv that we watched our Netflix on when we were ready for bed. Staff was friendly, other guests were respectful. Pool area is amazing as is the location and the view. Don’t let “hostel” scare you - if you just need a clean, comfortable room to sleep and shower this is perfect! Private room had a queen bed and was about the size of a standard bedroom at home with a decent sized en suite. Stepped out on a little balcony space with chairs and a table and had a fabulous view of the water as well. Lots of stairs though and no elevator so be prepared if that’s not your thing! "

"The staff was very kind and accommodating when I complained of noise. They Relocated us very quickly and the new room was outstanding. Quiet and the view was perfect. The housekeeping staff were also kind. Lost Gringos was a fun & happening place Thursday night for the chicken drop. That was a show all in itself. "
