"Clean, safe, and great location. The restaurant is excellent. The room was basic, but adequate, with a small fridge. There is a grocery store, pharmacy, and other restaurants nearby. The beach is quiet and relaxing. The surface below the water is a bit rough (not sand), so some people may have difficulty walking into the sea. There was live music for a few hours two evenings during our stay. Overall, this is a nice place and a good value."

"This place is great! I meet so many awesome people. The beds are super comfortable!! Definitely the best hostel beds I've ever slept in. And, ALLEN, at the front desk, IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! So are the bartenders at the attached bar/restaurant. Fyi, you will probably like Caye Caulker way more. But the hostels are terrible on that island. So I stayed here and ferried over to Caye Caulker. "

She was very friendly and extremely helpful in making great recommendations on where to go. Natalie provided a great first impression which continued through our 3 night stay. Nia & Russell were also great and friendly. We loved the full kitchen and made breakfast every morning once we were directed to the grocery."
