"False advertisement, the property is under construction and is nowhere near being finished. There is no direct access to a private beach other than a 10 minute boat ride to it. The room was clean and the staff were kind enough. They seemed agitated if you asked more than three questions about the area or amenities. The rooms did have good ac and were spacious. "

"The resort itself was wonderful- tropical, beautifully maintained. Our suite was spacious, clean, well appointed and had an awesome view. Staff was indifferent- front desk wasn’t overly helpful nor were people in the dive shop. We did have a great server at the restaurant and our guide on our snorkel trip, Carlos, was awesome! The pool and surrounding area was very nice. The beach was an unfortunately affected by all the sargassum. The staff worked diligently at cleaning it up though. "

Its location in the heart of San Pedro is ideal, close to everything yet still relaxed and easy to retreat to after a day out. The property feels safe, secure, and exceptionally well kept. Both the grounds and the rooms were spotless throughout my stay, and the accommodations are particularly well appointed by Belize standards. The full kitchen is a major plus, especially for longer stays, and thoughtful practical touches make a real difference here. The hotel offers 5-gallon water jugs as needed for a small fee, and on-site laundry service is available upon request. Having clothes washed, neatly folded, and returned to your room felt like a small luxury that made the stay even more enjoyable. While there is no pool, it hardly feels like a compromise. The hotel provides lounge chairs right on the beach and out on the dock over the water, which is a lovely place to unwind. Cushions and beach towels are available at the front desk upon request. What truly sets this property apart is the staff: warm, friendly, helpful, and consistently welcoming. For the price, this hotel offers outstanding value, and I would return without hesitation."
