"Hotel was wonderful, very clean, spacious, and friendly staff. Will stay here again if I come back to San Pedro. Location is also great to popular restaurants. "

"Room dirty. Literal dust on our fingers when we used the railing. The towels and robes were stained. The pool towels were shredded and had holes. The staff was slow and half of them were incompetent. The managers were kind, but you shouldn’t need to involve a manager for every little thing. The food is bad and on the last day we ordered tiramisu that came frozen (after Princess told us they had a baker) and the whipped cream on top had turned and was sour- this skeeved us out- it was impossible not to consider what other food may have been expired or close to expired. Honestly this property is a bad look for Hilton and I don’t recommend for anyone. The pool server spilled a drink on my book and just left it there to soak. He couldnt even be bothered to wipe it or move it. In fact, he just left the lime and straw on the ground and pretended it didn’t even happen. I could go on…. Our stay was pitiful. Waste of money and waste of time. Extremely disappointing. "

"The resort itself was wonderful- tropical, beautifully maintained. Our suite was spacious, clean, well appointed and had an awesome view. Staff was indifferent- front desk wasn’t overly helpful nor were people in the dive shop. We did have a great server at the restaurant and our guide on our snorkel trip, Carlos, was awesome! The pool and surrounding area was very nice. The beach was an unfortunately affected by all the sargassum. The staff worked diligently at cleaning it up though. "

Only annoying thing was the AC operation and control.. would set at a certain temperature but room would be colder than setting. Then turn temperature up a degree or two, and it would get too warm. Wall units don’t tend to work as well as centralized systems. "

Both the grounds and the rooms were spotless throughout my stay, and the accommodations are particularly well appointed by Belize standards. The full kitchen is a major plus, especially for longer stays, and thoughtful practical touches make a real difference here. The hotel offers 5-gallon water jugs as needed for a small fee, and on-site laundry service is available upon request. Having clothes washed, neatly folded, and returned to your room felt like a small luxury that made the stay even more enjoyable. While there is no pool, it hardly feels like a compromise. The hotel provides lounge chairs right on the beach and out on the dock over the water, which is a lovely place to unwind. Cushions and beach towels are available at the front desk upon request. What truly sets this property apart is the staff: warm, friendly, helpful, and consistently welcoming. For the price, this hotel offers outstanding value, and I would return without hesitation."
