Just one that they were not able to help me book a taxi reservation for the morning that I check out (super early morning flight) and kept asking me to take the train instead. "Nice comfortable stopover before heading back home. Nice decent little hotel. in the middle of Ikebukuro. Love seeing the trains out of my window. And once the windows are closed no sound can be heard! Pity i had to leave early in the morning to catch my train to Narita Airport.
