「The best thing about the hotel was the staff who were uniformly helpful, friendly and efficient. The worst thing about the hotel is the location. Despite having 'airport' in the name it's actually a long way from the airport and, if you don't have a car, it's a bit of a desert. For, example, except for a single restaurant in a nearby hotel, there's nowhere to eat in the evenings, so guests should bring their own food. But, overall, a comfortable stay.」

「The room was comfortable, but all five of the beds' pIllow smelled bad. I wish they would wash more of the pillow covers.」

「The outlets by the beds didn’t charge the phones over night」

「Good service, clean room, it was a nice stay overall」

「Besides the hotel being extremely tired and old, it is advertised as an Airport Hotel which is fairly deceiving. The Hotel is 15 kms away from the airport. As we had a layover in Calgary, booked it for a night based on their representation that it is an airport hotel. No shuttle was offered and it cost us $40.00 to get their from the airport and another $40.00 to back to the airport in the morning.」
