"Check in process is beyond inconvenient. Never had a worse experience. If you want people to check in online then let them know ahead of time. I'm juggling luggage on the street trying to check in with your phone staff. Filling online forms, scanning ID etc just to open the hotel entrance door. That is the first and last time for me."

"Great location, friendly staff, good vibes and got an upgrade to a larger room which was awesome. Only complaint is that the hot water was too hot, which combined with the cold water spindle turning the opposite direction to the hot water, meant I nearly burnt myself trying to turn on the cold water."

"I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times before and for me it’s convenient for the airport. There is a light breakfast available included in the price but I didn’t want anything to eat but I’m sure it’s good value. The hotel is about a minutes’ walk from Green Square, it’s hard to get lost! I used to live in this area and I wanted somewhere to stay close to the airport and it’s great if you have an early flight as you miss the peak hour train commuters as they’re going the opposite way. Nice hotel if you just need somewhere to rest your head for a night or two. I was allocated an accessible room as I checked in late at night but I didn’t mind it."

"This was the first time I have stayed here , location was good, I didn’t have breakfast but did have coffee which was great. I was surprised when I asked reception if I could buy water on the premises, (it was 8.15) he said no we don’t have water, considering there is a restaurant thought maybe he could have given me a glass of water, …maybe bottled water in room or filtered water in reception could be considered, I would be happy to pay, it’s not like there was a convenience store close by."
