The fully equipped stainless steel kitchen seamlessly connects with the living area, catering to groups of up to 12 people. Step out onto our delightful terrace, which flows seamlessly from our large living space, where you can bask in the afternoon sun or showcase your BBQ skills. With FREE unlimited WIFI spanning the entire house, our abode features 1 Master King bedroom, 2 Queen bedrooms and an additional bedroom with 2 bunk beds, both with a double bed on the bottom and a single on top making it an ideal choice for groups, whether for friends, weddings, corporate stays, or extended family gatherings.

The living room provides a cosy retreat, featuring a large smart TV perfect for streaming Netflix and your favourite shows. Our home is part of the exclusive series hosted by Getawayz NSW, the highest-rated holiday rental agency in New South Wales.

Artscape is a part of a luxury brand of holiday rentals and is the sister home to Artscape, Bondi Beach Villa.

Every bed in Artscape is adorned with luxurious mattresses offering extra support for a restful night's sleep. Our bedding is of natural fibre, resembling 5-star hotel quality linen. Your stay includes fresh towels and beach towels. For your convenience, Artscape, Newtown Villa provides a washing machine and dryer to cater to your laundry needs.

Please note that our home strictly enforces a NO PARTY policy. We do not accept Bucks or Bachelor parties without prior approval. While Newtown Artscape is an excellent choice for families and groups attending weddings or reunions in Sydney, it is not suitable for events like a Bucks weekend.

THINGS TO KNOW

*Check-in details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.

* We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.

* Enjoy a seamless stay with our hassle-free airport pick-up and drop-off service, exclusively for guests booked to stay our homes. Contact us for rates and booking details!



HOUSE RULES

* Check-in after 3 pm; check-out before 10 am. Fees may apply for changes. Approval required first.

* No smoking allowed

* Strictly No parties or events allowed.

* Guests must follow NSW Short Term Legislation.

* All guests are required to accept our booking Terms and Conditions in the Pre-arrival check-in form, as well as provide a valid ID and card details for security.

* Max 12 overnight guests, 6 day visitors, 18 people total at any time.

* Only approved guests/visitors allowed (written permission required).

* Strict no-smoking policy; $500 fine may apply.

* Respect neighbours; keep noise low, especially after 9 pm.

* Breaking rules may result in eviction without refund (STRA terms apply).

* Date changes allowed only if more than 1 month before check-in, subject to approval/surcharges.

* Pets allowed with prior approval; $110 fee per stay; keep pets off furniture.
