"We enjoyed our stay at Xavier's villa. This is a traditional Swedish home with modern amenities including a spacious layout and nicely appointed kitchen. The back deck and outdoor dining area is quite lovely. The neighborhood is quiet, has many nice traditional homes, felt very safe, and was nice for strolling. Das Haus liegt wunderschön direkt gegenüber vom kleinen Hafen in Sanda, hat einen großen Garten und ist wirklich außergewöhnlich gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und genießt die himmlische Ruhe dort. Die Insel kann man perfekt mit dem Fahrrad erkunden und eine interessante Natur erleben."

"Great stay close to bigger cities but still quiet ans remote. Lots of animals to see around, good for trips to Göteborg from Alingsås (or Alingsås itself) or toTrollhättan, or do some hiking around e.g.Gräfsäs or... Everything as described, lovely home."

"The location is beautiful and the ferries across to Vaxholm are easy to use. The house is very pretty and quirky and the beds were comfortable, although we had to make them ourselves on arrival. The kitchen is well equipped with nice coffee machines and cooker etc but it would be helpful to have some larger serving bowls for salad etc! It was great to have access to paddle boards which the teenagers made good use of. The instructions for the various toilets were a bit confusing but the host...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our week in this lovely, very comfortable house and its beautiful surroundings: the peace and quiet, our swims in the lake (not cold at all at this time of year), the rowing boat, our visits to Öland and Kalmar... It has been hard to tear ourselves away! The kitchen is perfectly equipped (literally everything is thought of), the whole house very well kept and beautifully decorated with work by the lady of the house.
