"We were so disappointed upon arrival at our apartment. We had specifically booked an apartment instead of a hotel room so that we'd have a separate lounging area while our son slept, but there was only a tiny kitchen, no living room, and no door to the bedroom. The bathroom was full of black mold. It was also super noisy with very thin walls so you heard every move your neighbors made or every buzz of their phones. A sleepless night, thank goodness we only had to stay for one. "

Only one thing, no elevator and we had to climb up to second floor (actually 3rd fl) with super big luggage. Good service from ApartDirect Team, quick response whenever we had a problem!"

"Hotel contacted me around 2:30pm on arrival day to give me chech-in instructions. For me a bit too late. Because you need a special APP to get your virtual key. So you need internet and enough battery in your phone... GPS didn't find correct way as it is in an industrial area... Studio fully furnished but in grey, beige and white colors so quite depressive. No pictures on walls. A/C a bit too noisy and fridge too near from bed. TV was progrmmed in russia :((( "

"There was no A/C and not even a window to open in our room. I swear the listing had originally stated there was A/C but when I checked again, it doesn't mention it, only mentions heat. Our room faced west and the whole west wall was all glass. So the morning sun baked our room even if our curtains were closed. We were there when it was hot outside and we booked this place primarily because it had a washer/dryer so we could do laundry partway through our trip. If we had a window to open, it...

"The Woman who works at this front desk was very nice and helpful. The room I had was kind of dark. When I ask her for a brighter room she gave me a better room on 4th floor with no problem.overall I enjoyed my stay👍"
