「Exactly what I needed! And above a bar, so great for a nightcap before sleeping for the night」

「Very clean and beautiful place. We loved the little balcony. Host was very straight forward and fast. Check in was a breeze. We would stay there again.」

「We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was lovely and very clean, which I appreciated. The dedicated parking spot was convenient. The only issue I had (which can't be helped) is my husband is visually-impaired so navigating the pathway to the door was a little difficult for him but the other three of us had no problem. I had read some comments about temperature, but we were very comfortable the entire stay (and I hate to be hot). We were there Monday-Friday morning so it was a quiet stay...

「Nice area, very well kept house and easy check-in process. Good parking」

「Hard to find, but once found it was a nice stay」

「Great stay as always! Clean, affordable, great area. I’ll stay here again for sure.」

「The apartment was clean and very cozy. The pictures do do it justice. Parking was a challenge on our weekend but maybe a whole lot easier during the week. George the host has been a wonderful host. Every time I massaged him he was very quick to respond back to me. I would stay there again if the opportunity araises again. Thank you again George for being a great host.」

The washer and dryer work well, but aren't vented to the outside, so the tiny closet is full of old lint, and multiple upper walls in the apartment have lint on them. There are cracks on almost every wall, along with badly repaired spots painted in a different shade. There are mysterious stains on the walls in the bathroom. It doesn't appear that a deep clean has been done since the...

「I'll be honest, this place doesn't leave the best first impression but it really grew on me after the first night and did become a cozy retreat after doing touristy things in STL. Has everything you need at a cheaper price than a hotel room, it's easy to get to the building, private parking spot, the buliding itself has a keypad entry so feels secure, nice neighborhood, and even has a small area out back for dogs. With that said, I probably wouldn't stay here with more than 2 adults unless...

「The entire place was extremely clean and tidy. It was a perfect location in Soulard. Plenty of parking. Good ac in the house. The host was very good and responsive with all my questions. 10/10 would definitely stay again!」
