「Nice clean room, friendly staff, gym with good opening hours 」

「The staff from the time I arrived until I left were absolutely first class. Friendly, helpful and very welcoming. My room was impeccably clean, well decorated and light and airy. Breakfast is ordered on arrival or in the evening. The cooked breakfast was delicious, extremely well cooked and served by attentive and friendly staff. There is also a well stocked breakfast buffet table with a range of fruit juice, cereals, yoghurt and fresh fruits. Make your own toast. Tea and coffee is served, which...

「The room was clean and fresh, all staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was good for the price you paid has help yourself with a options of cooked, cereal, toasted and cold breakfast available. The hot tub did not get round to using it . 」

「Everything is excellent! The room is beautifully equipped, with superbly comfortable bed, brilliant shower, decent size bath and good Wi-fi. All staff in the pub were friendly and served us with good humour at breakfast, lunch or dinner. Food was brilliant (we ate there every night). Location was just what we were after, small village with no shops, but easy driving distance from larger centres. Plenty of walking trails nearby. Highly recommended.」

「Upon arrival, I was initially assigned an occupied room. The place was unstaffed, and the provided phone number was unreachable. I had to ask other guests for an alternative number. I called, texted, and left a WhatsApp message on that number, but received no response for at least an hour.When I finally received a text message with details for a new room, I found the bed was broken and the room was freezing cold. A staff member told me he would come to fix the issue but ultimately never showed...

It is on a safe system that needs imput from the owners and a no to get the small safe to drop and reveal the key to apt. Not able to get TV or internet until landlady came on sun morning. Phone conversation was not good at all. Frequently breaking down when asking questions. No instructions at all in apt to get started. No hot water...

「Place needs a pool and hot tub. Sink and tap design are very powerful so less is more.small fridges and in room safes would be a welcome addition to the top notch accomdations」
